+Is my information shared with Trustpilot?

Oaken does not share any of your personal information with Trustpilot. However, by creating a profile Trustpilot will have access to your name and email address. To maintain the quality and integrity of reviews on this platform, every review must be connected to a profile that has a real person behind it.

+How do I write reviews?

Simply click on the link in the invitation email or copy and paste the url into a browser and you’ll be taken to the Trustpilot review form. Once there just select your star rating, add your comments too if you like, and then click on the green button that says "Post your review now".

+Help! Where did my review go?

Sometimes, reviews temporarily get taken down from Trustpilot for investigation. But they haven't completely disappeared into thin air! A review might have been flagged by Trustpilot’s fraud detection software, or it may not have followed their User Guidelines. If you think this has happened by mistake, you can get in touch with the Trustpilot Compliance team.
